
Josh Coffey
Banjo, Vocals
Josh is the founder of The New Old Timers. He began playing banjo in December 2004. Josh's influences include Earl Scruggs, JD Crowe and Rob McCourry. In addition to playing the banjo, Josh is a very talented guitar, mandolin and bass player. He also contributes to the group with his bass, tenor, and lead vocals. Outside the world of Bluegrass, Josh enjoyed show choir, performing in musicals, and playing tennis at Plainfield High School until graduating in 2008. He now attends Ball State University and is working towards a career in medicine.

Jesse Heckaman
Bass
Jesse plays bass for The New Old Timers. He is also a talented guitar player. Before Jesse started on bass, he was the band's sound tech. Outside of bluegrass, Jesse enjoys fishing and spending time with friends. Jesse's influences include Ray Deaton, Barry Bales, and Jamie Booher.

Aaron Williams
Mandolin
Aaron Williams, mandolin and rhythm guitar player for The New Old Timers, attended a Bluegrass Festival in West Central Indiana in the summer of 2005 and became an addict. He was playing guitar before attending that bluegrass festival but then moved on to mandolin. Aaron sees his experience with the group not just being one of fun and entertainment, but one of friendship and learning. Some of Aaron's major influences include Ronnie McCoury, Danny Roberts, Alan Perdue, Don Anderson(his mandolin teacher), and of course...... Bill Monroe

Faith Coffey
Fiddle
Faith has been playing the fiddle for The New Old Timers since June 2006. She continues to amaze each audience with her mean fiddlin' skills! In June 2007, she received 1st place in the 11-17 year old division of the Mansfield Banjo and Fiddle contest in Mansfiled, IN.
Beginning in 2009,Faith has also contributed vocally to the group.Hopefully, we will hear her sing more lead and harmony parts in the future.
Faith is Josh's little sister. Like Josh, she has a true passion for bluegrass music. Her favorite band is Dailey and Vincent. Faith's other interests include swing choir, performing in musicals, scrapbooking, reading, and we can't forget her BIG obsession......picking on her older brother!

Andrew Sartin
Guitar, Vocals
Andrew Sartin plays rhythm guitar and sings tenor for The New Old Timers. He was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. So naturally, he has always had an interest in Bluegrass music. During the time Andrew has spent with The Coffey Family, he has realized the importance of sharing the heritage of Bluegrass with everyone. Andrew is very excited to be a part of The New Old Timers. He would like to thank his "New Old Timers" family for allowing him this opportunity.

Cody Hill
Guitar, Vocals
Cody Hill, 19, plays lead guitar and contributes vocally to the band. After hearing The New Old Timers perform, he started playing guitar in July 2006 followed by banjo in December 2006. Cody has also traveled with The New Old Timers beginning in 2007 as the band's "Sound Guy." Cody's musical influences are Tony Rice, Doc Watson, Earl Scruggs, Jim Mills and Josh Coffey. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, paintball, golf and football.
